About Me

Hope Forward Lift Path Coaching

I’m glad you’re here.
If you’re reading this, you might be going through something difficult, confusing, or heavy. Maybe you’re trying to find your way forward, or maybe you just need someone who understands real life — not from a textbook, but from experience. I want you to know this is a safe place. You’re not alone here.
I didn’t grow up with an easy life, and I didn’t follow a traditional path. I was raised by my aunt, a woman who gave me structure, discipline, and love when I needed it most. Life taught me early how to be strong, how to listen, and how to care for people with compassion and honesty.
Over the years, I found myself in roles that always centered around helping others. I spent three years as a Domestic Violence Advocate, walking with women through some of the hardest moments of their lives. I worked for a year in a leadership role at a women’s shelter, coaching women coming out of drug addiction — helping them rebuild their confidence, their dignity, and their hope.

For seven years, I ran a nonprofit feeding the homeless, sometimes serving up to 500 people at a time. And for most of my life — truly most of it — I’ve been a volunteer. Serving people has never been a job for me. It’s simply who I am.
I also retired as a Human Resources Manager, a role that taught me how to guide people through conflict, family pressures, workplace challenges, and life decisions. I didn’t have a degree, but I had something just as valuable: lived wisdom, patience, and a heart for people.
All of these experiences shaped me into the woman I am today — someone who believes deeply in trust, safety, comfort, hope, and strength. Those five things guide everything I do here at Hope Forward Coaching.

I help people rebuild their lives, strengthen their self‑worth, and create healthier relationships. My background includes years of supporting individuals through major life challenges, and I bring a grounded, compassionate approach to every coaching session.
Whether you’re healing, growing, or starting over, I meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence

When you come to me, I want you to feel safe first. I want you to feel like you can breathe. I want you to feel understood. And then, slowly, gently, I want you to feel hope again — and eventually, your own strength rising.
I’m not here to judge you.
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to walk with you.
One step at a time.
One conversation at a time.
One moment of hope at a time.
This is a place where you can get help — real help, from someone who has lived life,

Here is your Home Page written in that same gentle, welcoming, conversational voice — the kind that makes someone feel they’ve finally found a place where they can get help, breathe, and not feel judged.
